$5.5 Million (US) Winner at Blackjack Ballroom

It has been reported that Blackjack Ballroom has had another big winner this week.  Online-Casinos.com reports that some lucky winner has won the $5.5 million (US) Mega Moohlah jackpot at Blackpot Ballroom.  As of yet, there is no announcement on Blackjack Ballroom website or from Casino Rewards, but it has been the weekend.

The exact size of the progressive jackpot was a reported $5,556,736. The player as yet has not been identified.  The Mega Moohlah jackpot is currently at $2.7 million and rising. The $5.5 million is not the largest online jackpot ever won.  The current record is $5.9 million won on the CryptoLogic progressive game, Millionaire’s Club played at InterCasino.  Mega Moohlah paid out its first big jackpot last year in South African rand.  It was 4.3 million rand or about ₤313,000. 

Casino Rewards, which operates Blackjack Ballroom has had some big winners in the last few weeks.  Peggy L. recently won $200,000 by hitting two Royal Flushes in two days at the casino.  Player PS won approximately $200,000 scoring two Royal Flushes in three days at Golden Tiger Casino. 

Bodog and VIP also had some big winners last week.  A player won a six figure progressive jackpot playing Jackpot Pinatas at Bodog. A player named Jemo wagered $100 at VIP Casino on the Rags to Riches game and won $131,250.
